The current vision of our school:

Pioneering the provision of permanent and innovative learning opportunities of high quality for the Qatari community.

3- Our vision is aspirational: 10

4- Our vision is concise: 10

5- Our vision is memorable: 9

6- Our vision is clear: 10


Re-drafted vision statement (the changes that I want to make and the reason): 

Preparing an educated generation proud of the Qatari and Islamic identity that serves itself and society creatively.


I see that the old vision focused on providing qualitative and innovative education, but I want the student to possess this education that qualifies him to be a useful person in his future life.


- And I mean here by serving himself: that the student learns the knowledge that makes him successful in his scientific, practical and social life.

- And I mean by serving his community: that the student possesses the knowledge that makes him able to deal with all segments of society and is able to develop and advance his society for the better always.

Daily Reflection

  Reflection 1: We, as leaders, need to share our experiences with our colleagues. We need new experiences to be added to us. Each of us needs continuous development. When we share a problem and discuss it, we will get to know it more because we look at it from many angles and from different points of view, and this will make us frame the problem and will make it easier for us to solve it. We have to focus on several things, including: 1-Good communication with others. 2-Understand different points of view. 3-Collaborative problem solving. 4-Participation in decisions.
